Whataburger on Water Street
A new Whataburger location is in the planning stages near Henderson’s Water Street District.
The location is on the agenda for the city of Henderson’s staff review meeting scheduled for Feb. 6.
According to a permit application, the new Whataburger would be located at the northwest corner of Lake Mead Parkway and Water Street, just west of Boulder Highway.
The building is expected to cover 3,300 square feet and feature a drive-thru lane.
Based in San Antonio, Texas, Whataburger has begun to grow its footprint in the Las Vegas area.
One location is already open on the Strip, and another is also in the planning stages for Nellis Boulevard near Bonanza Road.
