Armed man robs cigar store

POLICE: Investigators seek suspect in March 13 armed robbery of Smoke Cigar and More Shop on E. Horizon Ridge

– Henderson Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a man that was involved in an armed robbery at a Henderson business earlier today (Friday). Police believe the suspect may be involved in other robberies in the Valley.

One man entered the Smoke Cigar and More Shop located at 35 East Horizon Ridge at approximately 12:20 pm, according to city spokesperson Michelle French. The suspect brandished a weapon and demanded money. The clerk handed the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect left the business.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as an average-build white male, approximately 25-30 years old. He was last seen wearing grey shorts (Dickie style—thick canvas, long to the knees), grey shirt with “Big Black” logo, and black cap with unknown white logo.
